Magic, once locked away from the world has been restored to humanity. It is a force that does not descriminate between right and wrong. The people who weild it must police themeselves. In order to restore order certain individuals have been brought together by a force some would call chance, others would call it fate or destiny. In the case of AGENDA it was Patterson's Retreat. A hospital for the mentally challenged, located in Patterson, New York... Not exactly Kismet. |

Case File 00902361: Henri Portimer is a deeply troubled man although seemingly harmless. He is detached from reality and has been for the 3 years he has been a resident. In his reality he is a Pirate. He no longer responds to his own name. Despite repeated attempts to get his family to visit him they still adamantly refuse to speak to him. Generally in cases like his he would be isolated from anything that reinforces his delusion however he took to carrying a wooden stick around and when it was confiscated he refused to eat and had to be fed via an IV. He was given his stick back and it was as if the incedent never happened. Henri has never shown any signs of getting better and I fear that soon we will have to use more extreme treatments. |
