In order to restore order certain individuals have been brought together by a force some would call chance, others would call it fate or destiny.

In the case of AGENDA it was Patterson's Retreat. A hospital for the mentally challenged, located in Patterson, New York...

Background:

Not much is known of the man that Spleevin dubbed "Felix". He seems to have some sort of connection to Spleevin but Spleevin isn't talking and Felix doesn't talk. He seems to have some sort of martial arts training but where he learned it and what style it is remains a mystery. No one has seen him take off his mask so his actual appearance is also unknown.
